Sydney + Cordell: Indiana Elopement

Brides & grooms who have meticulously planned weddings over the past year or more are suddenly faced with rescheduling, replanning, or completely changing the way they get married due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  

Sydney & Cordell had been waiting over a year for their wedding, and they were beyond ready to be married -- this meant a major change of plans.

Although they initially had a large guest list with beautiful details planned at the White Rose Event Center in Decatur, Indiana, they married each other with only ten family members present.

They still incorporated some fun elements, like

celebratory donuts & shotgunning some Busch Light ;)

One of my biggest takeaways from my 2020 weddings/couples is that it truly isn’t the big guest list or the lavish decor or anything else that matters on a wedding day, aside from two in-love people promising forever.

It really is that simple.
